本政策说明 Shadow语言 为提供邮箱登录、课程学习、语音识别、AI 翻译与问答及会员激活功能而处理的数据。
1. 我们处理的数据
我们处理邮箱地址、服务器生成的用户 ID、会员档位和到期时间、激活码兑换结果，AI 功能使用次数，以及听力时长（按天累计多少分钟）。这些信息用于登录、账号安全、会员权益、额度控制和排行榜展示；排行榜上只显示随机生成的匿名编号，不显示邮箱或昵称。
2. 本地内容与主动上传
导入的音视频、听写、学习记录、播放进度和下载课程主要保存在设备本地。只有主动使用 AI 识别时，所选音频片段才会上传；翻译与问答会发送相应原文、问题和必要上下文。App 不会在后台自动上传整份本地媒体。
3. 第三方处理
音频片段经服务端转发给 Google Cloud Speech-to-Text；翻译和问答内容经服务端转发给 DeepSeek；验证码由配置的邮件服务商投递。服务商会按照各自条款与隐私政策处理数据。
4. 保存、安全与共享
账号、会员和必要安全记录会在提供服务或履行法律义务所需期限内保存。Shadow语言 服务端不持久化保存识别音频，也不保存你未收藏的翻译或问答正文；你主动收藏的 AI 回答与快捷动作结果（含当时的原文）会保存下来，直到你取消收藏或注销账号。我们不出售个人数据、不用于定向广告或跨服务跟踪，仅在提供功能、遵守法律或保护服务安全所必需时共享。
5. 你的权利
你可以请求查询、更正或删除账号数据，也可以停止使用 AI 功能以停止相应处理。本地内容可通过删除内容或卸载 App 移除。提出请求时可能需要验证账号身份。
6. 未成年人、更新与联系
本服务不以 14 周岁以下儿童为主要对象。未成年人应在监护人指导下使用。重要政策变更会更新本页日期并适当提示。请通过 support@shadowlanglab.com 咨询或行使数据权利。
Privacy Policy (English Summary)
ShadowLang handles your email address, server-generated user ID, membership and activation records, AI usage counts, and listening time (minutes per day) for authentication, entitlements, quotas, service security, and the listening leaderboard — where only a random anonymous number is shown, never your email or nickname.
Imported media and learning records are primarily stored on-device. Audio segments are sent only when you request transcription; relevant text and context are sent when you request translation or AI chat. Audio is relayed to Google Cloud Speech-to-Text, text to DeepSeek, and verification email through the configured email provider. AI answers you explicitly save (with the transcript they were about) are kept on our servers until you remove them or delete your account.
